I’m very frustrated and preparing to pull all my work from the shared Dropbox folder. 

Why? 

One of our group who has lacked clarity of intention from the very beginning of the project. Has decided that there not able to write a brief audio description of an art work which we have received training for or any of the other things that need doing.

What can I do about it?

Spoke to Museum lead, and there answer was well they don’t want to put in as much as what you’ve done. 

How do I feel about that?

I’m only putting in as much as I am because if I don’t then all the group will have is the route, and a couple of descriptions.

Where am I going with this?

Self led team learning with an emphasis on the personal journey makes for unfinished projects and a sense of failure for the people who are passionate about them.

Maybe it’s time for me to be selfish but that makes me uncomfortable.
